A.D. Stephens Consulting has 25 years experience in commercial and residential construction. For the last 12 years, I have been located in the Seattle, WA area and worked with architects, builders, and cost estimators in the Seattle and Belleview areas.
Currently, I am available for Commercial and Residential construction cost estimating in Monterey, Santa Cruz, San Benito, and Santa Clara Counties.
